The "scientific" way
According to scientists, humans evolved from monkeys, reptiles and or fish. There are many kinds of evolution, that is why people have different sides. The "scientific" way is believed mainly by atheists because they have no religion. Those who have a religion do not believe in evolution. Documentaries such as My inner fish and My inner monkey, explain the process in which humans came from these species. Evolution 101 says, "biological evolution is that all life on Earth shares a common ancestor, just as you are your cousins share a common grandmother", which explains the "scientific" way.
Dr. Michael from BBC explains in his article how fossils are not the only thing that demonstrate how humans come from fish. Dr. Michael describes how the evidence is in our own bodies. He believes that our hiccups and facial structure descend from fish. In the womb, our eyes are on the side, just like a fish's, and then move on towards the middle. He says, " The early human embryo looks very similar to the embryo of any other mammal, bird or amphibian- all which have evolved from fish", demonstrating a conclusion towards the "scientific" way.

The "phon
e" way The first telephone was invented on March 10, 1876 by Alexander Graham Bell. Since this day on, the telephone or cellphone was transformed into something different than just a communicator. The cellphone evolved faster than humans. Throughout the years, the cellphone went from a heavy communicator to a 4 ounce device. As the phone was evolving, so were the habits. People would always go on the weekend with their family and friends. They would go to the beach or park and have a lot of fun talking about their lives. Today, people still hang out but never have the chance to talk about their lives because they are too distracted with their phones.
Today's social media is full of people that check Instagram , Snapchat and or Twitter daily. If someone checks their phone more than 20 times a day, they are considered to be "addicted". Just as many people are addicted to drugs, others are for their phone. For instance, "Paying attention requires not just ability but desire"( NY times), shows how people should want to stop being addicted before getting help. The phone's main purpose was invented so that people could communicate with each other from far distances. Since the purpose started to work, people slowly started to drift away from their family and friends.
A new feature that everyone started to love, were games because they were free. These free games turned people into addicts and in some cases antisocial. Many people have had the courage and admitted that they have problems. The first thing an addict should do is admit that he or she has problems. For example, "My mind is constantly going. For me to completely relax, I need to rid of my cell phone"(Kenny Chesney), which shows how the addiction has gone too far. However, cell phones are not as bad as they sound. As scientists started to include new features and decrease the size, many features were useful. These features included calculators, translators, maps and many more. This helped a lot because cell phones were introduced with a package for people to use inside of the phone.
The "email" ways
Like humans and cellphones, the email evolved a lot throughout the years. Email stands for electronic mail because before email, only mail was available. The first email was sent in 1971 by Ray Tomlinson to himself. This was the start of something new because never before was something so practical introduced. Big companies to even the most normal person started to send emails and it got very popular. Emails were most likely invented to save time. At first, everyone was excited because it was easier but then it got out of control.
T oday, many people are filled with hundreds of unread emails because they include a lot of advertising. For example, "Email is familiar. It's comfortable. It's easy to use. But it might just be the biggest killer of time and productivity in the office today"(Ryan Holmes), shows how far someone might think by having too many emails. A disadvantage of emails includes the amount of spams someone can receive. Since emails are sent very fast and with no time to think about the consequences, viruses spread easily. However, emails are easy to communicate with.
